This Appointment Booking is ONLY for those who already have a puppy reserved and have been instructed to reserve an appointment to pick up their puppy.

***DO NOT schedule a puppy pickup without first being instructed to do so. If you attempt to schedule a puppy pickup and do not have a puppy reserved, your reservation will NOT be accepted.
