Where are you located?

We are located just outside of Asheville, NC in the small town of Burnsville.  We are a home based business.  Our breeding program and our boutique are part of our home. Our toy poodles do not live in cages, crates, or kennels.  They are raised under our feet, on our couch, and in our beds!  

What is the shipping charge for boutique orders?

We currently only ship to the US (Alaska and Hawaii orders will be subject to an additional shipping fee of $10). We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for orders up $75.  Orders over $75 will be shipped free of charge!

Are orders subject to sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all NC orders from our boutique.

What carrier is used for shipping my boutique order?

Orders are usually shipped via the United States Postal Service. Other carriers may be used for larger orders.

Will I receive a tracking number for my boutique order?

YES!  We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Where are your products manufactured?

We strive to offer pet products made in the USA when possible.  We also offer imported items made in China and Japan.  

Where will my order ship from?

All items are shipped from either our North Carolina boutique or directly from a US manufacturer.  Imported items are in stock and are shipped directly from our boutique. No waiting for months to receive an order!  Your order will ship from our boutique usually within 48 hours.

Can I make a special order request?


We are a small business and stock limited amounts.  If we do not carry a size, color, or specific product you need please contact us.  We can usually get it for your in a timely manner!

What is your return policy?

-We accept returns for exchange only.

-Shipping charges are not refundable and may not be credited towards exchange purchase.

-You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to get return authorization. 

-Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. 

-Items must be in original packaging and unused. 

-Customer is responsible for shipping charges for all orders, returns, and exchanges.

  (Again, please measure your dog carefully to avoid unnecessary return costs!)

-Returns made due to incorrect sizing will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless agreement is made prior to returning item.
